Our Goal at VBC is "Building Disciples For Christ!" Our ministries are designed to encourage a relationship with the Lord first, to encourage Christian fellowship, and to prove that being a Christian isn't a burden but... a privilege!

| AWANA | This is a children's ministry from ages 4-12 years old; We teach a Bible lesson, play games, memorize scripture, teach good manners, have a great awards system for excelling students, have matching shirts for all of the different classes & have age appropriate curriculum |
| Children's Church | Meets every Sunday morning about 15 minutes after the main service & meets in the Chapel |
| Sunday School | Meets every Sunday 10 AM; Have food or snacks; Preschool-6th grade each different classes |
| Activities |
There is all kind of different activities! We do have chaperones go but we encourage parents to come with the child, especially if the child is too young. |

| Sunday School | Meets every Sunday 10 AM; Volunteers bring food or snacks most mornings |
| Curriculum | We use all Pro-teens material; We promote a relationship with Christ & a Christ-centered life |
| Activities | We take all kinds of different activities: conferences, camps, shopping, outdoor & indoor stuff |

| Activities | We incorporate college & teens to save money in group rates but we drive separately often |
| College Outreach | -We have set up tables at WCU's "Valley Bally Hoo" for outreach -Passed out tracts & invitations in the Homecoming Parade-Invited special speakers to WCU's student center |

Sunday School |
Recently started to reach & minister to those who are not college age but not married. We see great potential for this ministry and we have a vision to incorporate this ministry into the fabric of our church for the future. |

Couples get together for food fellowship & fun. Sometimes church sponsored & sometimes not. We have a couples retreat in Pigeon Forge annually, a Valentine Party, Men's Breakfasts, Father/Son Cookout, Ladies Homemakers Class, Mother/Daughter Luncheon, and more |

| Choirs, Ensembles, Trios, Quartets, Solos, Duets and more! From Children to Adults. We have traditional services only, sing the powerful hymns of the faith, and our groups sing mainly traditional to southern gospel music. We are a Spirit-filled, Old Fashioned, southern church, and our music is representative of that. | |
